From Animal Toys to Dog Sweaters

Yes, my grand dog, Jasper, is moving WAYYYYYY North of Kissimmee, FL, so he will need some dog sweaters.  My daughter, Becky, and I scoured the Ravelry pages to find just the right sweater.  Turns out we need to create a special one for Jasper.

Jasper says, "I am a naughty little boy.  I eat the measuring tape when my Mommie tries to get measurements."

For now, here are some measurements for a cute, little dachshund:
Chest circumference: 18"
Neck to tail: 18"
Distance between arms:  4"
With of arm at armpit: 3"
Armpit to wizzer:  7"
